Diet guilt is a thing of the past.
Here at Scarlett MacDonald Fitness I make it my mission to teach you everything you need to know to get the body of your dreams. You will be a member of the online coaching app so everything will be in one place; workouts, nutrition, a community of like-minded women to chat to and challenges if you want to spice things up!
The workouts will be catered to you and your goals based on how often you can train and with what equipment you have at your disposal. The workouts will hit every muscle group each week and guarantee the results you’ve been looking for! Your workouts will be uploaded to the app within 48 hours of you joining, (usually less) and you can choose when and where you complete them.
The nutrition education at Scarlett MacDonald Fitness is what sets me apart from other trainers. I aim to educate you on everything you need to know, no secrets! So this can be implemented for the rest of your life!
Calorie and macro goals will be set for you and can be tweaked, depending on the results you achieve and how you are feeling. You won’t be stuck for what to eat as the app has lots of healthy recipe ideas for you. A healthy diet is one that fits around you and your family and one that you enjoy. Food should be enjoyed! No extreme restriction, no cutting out food groups. You too can achieve food freedom and won’t need to turn down social events because of your diet.
Each week we will have a check in so we can chat about your week; what went well, what we could improve on and I’ll make changes accordingly. This is a great opportunity for you to ask questions or talk about any concerns you may have, however, I am available if you have any pressing issues you need to discuss.

How is payment taken?
Via direct debit monthly.
Can I join if I don’t have children?
Yes!
Am I tied into a contract?
No contract, just a minimum of 14 days notice if you’d like to leave.
I’m brand new to weight training, is this right for me?
Absolutely, I cater for all fitness levels and capabilities.
Do my pictures have to shared on social media?
I only ever share pictures with your consent.
I don’t know what to eat, can I have a meal plan?
I avoid set meal plans because it isn’t a long term solution. Meal plans don’t give any education as to why you’re eating certain foods, and one blanket diet cannot cater for everyone.
MyFitnessPal has set different calories do I use those?
MyFitnessPal will set you calories based just on your metrics, please always use the calories I have set for you. Any questions feel free to message.
MyFitnessPal has given me extra calories for exercise can I eat those?
No. This can be switched off in settings. Go to More - Goals - Fitness Goals - Turn off Exercise calories
