I have been training with Scarlett for around 15 months now. When I started, I was in a poor state mentally – I had terrible anxiety, low energy and was desperately unhappy with my body image. I knew I had to do something about it and reached out to Scarlett on her social media to book in for one of her group sessions. Since then, I have never looked back! I have consistently trained with her every single week. Scarlett has taught me so much over the last year particularly around nutrition. I used to starve myself and do as much cardio as possible in hope of losing the pounds. I’m now eating more calories (and protein!) than ever and have never felt so strong and healthy. When you enjoy the journey so much the destination seems so much more achievable, and Scarlett has supported me to remain consistent with my diet and training taking into consideration the fact I work a full-time job and I’m a Mum to 4-year-old twin girls! I honestly can’t thank her enough for all her guidance and knowledge. I’m a completely different person to who I was this time last year and I owe it all to her. For anyone thinking about using her for coaching; please just do it, you won't regret it!

Before coming to Scarlett, I was at a complete loss with where to start on my fitness and nutrition. Working unsociable and long hours, I struggled with meal ideas and how to incorporate workouts in to my routine, but I’m feeling healthier and better than ever.
