This amazing woman needs a shout out! 5 months I’ve been training with her, twice a week... I can’t believe the results I’m getting!
In the past I’ve tried diets, crazy exercises, hardly eating but nothing has worked like this. I’m eating more than I ever have & just by understanding the foods makes a lot of difference!
